Acting was as always excellent from Tom Hanks but as far as I am concerned Steven Spielberg should play a role as a mentor to up coming Directors and also stay an active Producer rather than making movies any more as the quality of stories he has brought over recent years to the big screen have all had the same narrative, nothing happens and the story goes nowhere and watching a modern film by Steven Spielberg I would say was akin to watching paint dry. The writing was either lazy in giving no explanation of the catastrophe or it was good marketing as this now open's the door for prequels which may actually get to the meat of this endeavour. Steven Spielberg has always been a hero of mine through his innovations within cinematography over the years and what I have said may sound harsh, but it's true, this seemed no more than a way to get money rather than pushing the boundaries of film like he has done so so many times previously.

Simply sublime another great comedy from the Zucker Bro's and great to see the faces of the legendary geniuses Trey Parker and Matt Stone, creators of the best ever animated show to ever grace television South Park. If you liked this film make sure to check out Airplane and the Naked Gun films - also by the Zucker Bro's. Also check out Orgazmo, which was written by and staring Trey Parker and Matt Stone, as well as seeing Dian Bachar back on screen in a film that will have you roaring with laughter.

Started with potential apparently based on the George A Romero series, but episode 2 showing someone shot in the head coming back as a zombie mmmmm, as well as limbs which have been removed now can act independently and stay alive after being removed, bit off story line as to kill the zombies you need to destroy the brain in the films and I certainly can't recall any time in the film series when a severed arm can crawl on the floor and open things. I would say this was more based on walking dead crossed with Return of the Living Dead with the names of the characters from the Original Day of the Dead being re-used in this show, such a shame
