I love this show especially the fact that the lead is a woman, it makes it unique from other ncis franchise. In contrast to other negative reviews, I think Vanessa Lachey is a perfect cast for the lead. Sure she needs improvement with her acting but this is her first series acting gig, so what do they expect. We have to consider that she's not a veteran actor compared to some, but I'm sure she will get better as the series moves on, as already seen in the last few episodes. I hope people will stop comparing this show with other shows as it is its own uniqueness to it, in my opinion. Let's just watch and be entertained people.
