It may not live up to hype and nostalgia or the original. But Space jam a new legacy has made all slam dunk on it's own. Neither Lebron James nor Looney tunes don't need to take story telling seriously unless they can make it fun especially when playing for their lives in a basketball game. Don Cheadle plays an excellent villain, and a whole lot of warner bros characters as a whole audience and having a father and son trying to bond while exploring different worlds and learning to understand each other may seemed overused but this takes it to a whole new level.

I really like the thought of teaching kids about building character and i remember watching this when I was a year old. And who better than to teach us than old childhood shows that no one remembers but those who've been born in the 90's seem to know them very well.

I do hope they make a remake series of this because I like this to be a mix of harry potter and lord of the rings. And since I want Guillermo del Toro to be the new director of these films based on the Chronicles of Prydian. Here's I want for it's characters and give them more development:
Domhnall Gleeson as Taran a farm boy turned knight warrior.
Daisy Ridley as Princess Eilonwy a young royal who dreams for adventure
Paul Bettany as Fflewddur Fflam a cranky harp player who becomes very loyal to his friends
Toby Jones as Gurgi a half man half beast creature who becomes skilled in battle
Andy Serkis as Gwystyl a goblin like creature who is loyal to king Awarin
viggo mortensen as King Awarin a pure evil horned demi god who plots for world domination

Since all of lionsgate's animated features weren't very good I say this has to be higher than the rest of them. And I hope the new characters (Grubber, Tempest, Capper, Captain Celaeno, Princess Skystar, and Queen Novo) will appear in the 9th season of my little pony
