This game is full on nostalgic,it was so popular and good that it got a port to the SNES and was exceptionally one of the best SNES and arcade fighters in the 90's.

The film is contriversal and at the same time extremely offensive as it gives off a rude vibe toward Japanese and Japanese Americans in which they were innocent and seemed like the enemy.
