The show shows the commitments of adultery and it's after effects on the individuals related to the people experiencing it. Seeing Danish dying because of a broken heart is too unrealistic torment to handle but yes it can happen , it does happen wherever whenever one loves so deeply that it almost breaks and annihilates him or her.
