I was going through depression and anxiety when I was 17. I am 23 this year and this book changed my perspectives. I have learnt to build patience more now than how it was 6 years ago, though sometimes I might need to remind myself every now and then. I also found that I am more in control of my emotions and I am proud of myself for coming this far. There is so much life has to offer- whether it be nature, technologies, family or friends, I am eternally grateful for staying alive.
