Personally, the best part about watching a live action version of a classic Disney movie is that it’s a nostalgic experience. I think Disney did a great job sticking to the original plot of the live action versions for Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast, but they did a pretty terrible job following the ‘original’ plot for Mulan. It didn’t feel like you were watching a classic Disney movie, one that many of us grew up watching and loving, but just some war and battle movie. Pretty darn disappointed, I loved the original plot for Mulan!
