A definite must watch show!!! Well-casted! I have rewatched all the episodes several times though it is still ongoing..... Never felt so much for a show before! Very successful show and definitely a top Kdrama! Both beautiful, dimpled casts, Kim Seon-ho and Shin Min-a makes a super sweet screen couple. Can feel their chemistry and emotions thoroughly. Plot is simple, sweet, funny and very heart warming. Music and sound effects used adds enjoyment to watching the show. Since it is filmed in Pohang City, it adds an overall WOW factor to the entire show. The sceneries captured are awesome and adds a beautiful touch to the simplicity of the show. All the supporting roles are unique and funny in their own way, which totally complimented the show entirely.

The 5 beautiful main casts and supporting roles definitely complimented each other very well in this show. I personally love to watch all korean medical shows and this is a good change of how medical shows are scripted. Not those fighting for position and power but instead, it is funny, sweet and heartwarming. The creation of the band is an amazing touch to the entire plot, with such amazing songs played and sung!
