It gives a insight on how the Quiet PM was remote controlled from 10 Janpath ..Sheer helplessness of the highly rated intelligent indian PM of such a huge Democracy is portrayed in this film .The functioning of the Indian Bureaucracy is also worth watching ..Do watch it guys for sure it's worth the money ..Anupam Kher as Manmohan Singh is too good . Excellent
