The oppressed and abused people try to keep their heart alive. And be sensitive enough to communicate their painful existence through art. There are some racially charged jokes aimed at white people. But jokes I think would be ok from either race to each other if it were not for the History of oppression from whites in america. But to the point of the messaging in this show;
It is artsy and uplifting. The dialog is insightful and does a good job to inspire unity between races overall.
