It's a pretty broken movie from a pacing and editing point, some of the acting is okay, but most of It's pretty meh. The main characters are pretty basic and there friendship appears to be based solely on the fact they are both lesbiains. They have nothing in common and it's never explained why they are friend, they just are, there is no chemistry between them. That's on the director, as are the random scenes that don't advance or add to the plot, again it's just there. I felt like it was to add to the run time to get the movie to 90 mins.

Well for starters I've never read the books and I know nothing about the souce material. It's an okay show. Honestly nothing all that special about the show. It's pretty predictable with a few twist and turns that literally come out of nowhere and do very little for character development. The plot twist seemly exist only to further the story when things get boring. Most of the foreshadowing in the show is pretty ham-fisted and very obvious, which makes it predictable.
