I am currently listening to this as an audiobook. As someone who listens exclusively to audiobooks during my commute, I found this one overly descriptive, going off on long drawn out tangents that could/should be edited down. The audiobook is over acted and distracts from the story. The over dramatized narration slows down an already tediously written story. I eventually became so annoyed with the ridiculous decisions the characters were making, I skipped to the last chapters to put myself out of my misery.
