The first 11 minutes review. That was literally all the further we made it. The premise is that a virus in the early 21st century wipes out a lot of humans and those who emerge are all blind. Now it’s centuries later. Cut to a woman giving birth in a cave, with no tools or blankets, but there’s a plastic water bottle. We apparently abandoned all technology to basically being in the Stone Age, minus cheap plastic package water bottles. Ok seriously, it’s not as if all technology never existed… We have computers and centuries of research! Back to the plot, there’s some battle brewing and you can tell who the bad guys are because they’re all dressed in black. Actually everyone is dressed impeccably because apparently centuries later they dye their clothes and wear uncomfortable clothing after literal centuries of blindness. Why wouldn’t you want to be comfortable?!
Ok back to the war, horses and dogs roll in, which reminds me, where did all the seeing eye dogs go?? It’s not like they wouldn’t exist. And zero people use canes. Nope. They casually walk around as if nothing is in their way- I get hearing would heighten but that’s a bit much. This show makes zero sense and we couldn’t get past those first 11 minutes. Maybe it gets better but also maybe just skip the intro (2minutes worth) and assume it actually is a Stone Age where everyone is blind.
