Its a gem of the series which depicts the events happening around Nassau, an island in the New Providence, most of the characters are named after the real life pirates who lived from 16th Century to the Late 17th Century like Henry Every, the famous Black Beard(Edward Teach), Charles Vane, Cacilo Jack(John Rackham), Anne Bonny and Benjamin Hornigold, the Characters are very well written and the actors did a wonderful job by delivering a wonderful performance, especially Toby Stephens, Zach Mcgowan, and Luke Arnold.. The script writting of this series is of top notch, it almost feels like you're seeing them in flesh.. This series will surprise you in every episode, its very hard to guess anything in the series and you'll fall in love with the characters which you hated at the beginning of the series, it may seem a bit slow at the beginning but believe me it'll surprise you at every turn as it has lot of unimaginable twists happening all over..
