When you can get by his scores of references to his weightlifting, his swimming, his boxing, etc. etc.and his constant almost bombastic efforts to elevate himself (e.g., so troubled by people at parties when they learn what he does which is God knows what) there is some good, confirming, but rarely new, information of value. The tests and procedures and processes to which he so glibly refers, are not remotely available to 95% of people. Good ideas he iterates (did not create) like: eat less, stretch daily and be flexible, work on muscle mass and bone density, sleep soundly, watch posture and core strength, et. al. have real merit and are worth noting.
