If the zero star option was available, I'd have selected it. While it may be a representation of slavery history especially with reference to Harriet Tubman, this is a pretty crappy movie. Best sincere, the casting pisses me off. I don't know Cynthia Erick from nowhere, but she's a very bad actress for this role. I couldn't help seeing beneath her eyes the fact that this was actually a movie. She communicated that fact alright with her fake expressions and shallow outbursts. I used to think there was only a distinction of bad actors and gold actors, but this one creates a new category: of actors that are not good nor bad, but help you identify their inability to convince you of the reality of the movie.
