Excellent serial if you want to know, what one should avoid when it comes to horror shows. Although the plot of nine friends who decide to have a reunion at a deserted house, little knowing of the series of events that would happen, sounds good, the direction and acting is miserable. Veteran Marathi actor Vijay Kadam seems to be the only saviour but even he is struggling to cope with a dead boring script and lack of any entertainment for viewers. Probably the worst American slasher is far better than this serial.

Probably the only Marathi show that deserves 5 Stars. I cant think of anything better than this that Marathi actors/ directors could offer. Director and Writer, Nilesh Sable is outstanding. Consistently brilliant performances by Bharat Ganeshpure, Kushal Badrike, Sagar Karande, Shreya Bugade and of course their main attraction, the one and only 'Bhalchandra Kadam'. If at all theres a show that every Maharashtrian must watch, it is Chala Hawa Yeu Dya. Rest of the shows on Colours, Sony, Star and Zee are not even close to this one and hardly worth a penny. This show is different and continues to amaze us. More recently the serial got a wee bit boring after Swapnil Joshi (of Uttar Ramayan fame) was added. One gets a feeling that there are two cooks (second being Sable) trying to make things worse and the postman has gone missing. Hope they get better!
