Way overrated and over-hyped. The commercial highlights are the literal highlights of the movie; so if you’ve seen the commercials, consider yourself have already seeing the movie. They took the description of, “slow descent into madness”, also literally. It’s an extremely slow movie. So as much as people say it’s a great advocate for mental illness, don’t expect to walk in with an attention-related illness and walk out satisfied because you’ll be wanting to occupy yourself with a fidget cube throughout the entire thing. Needless to say, if they make a second movie, at least it has an ending that’ll smooth right out into it.
