This is a great Australian movie and must be watched I thoroughly enjoyed it, contains a lot of history and depicts how tough life was and how women endured the hardship as well as the men. I enjoyed watching Thelma Scott in an early role, and like always, delivers a great performance.Please take the time to watch this 1949 film.

I can only comment on the TV series which is a great example of Australian history of living and television. It is so nostalgic to see our North Coast countryside of the 1960s.

This movie is well worth watching, and although a little slow in the first 45 minutes, comes to life and really entertains. This is definitely a film with a difference but all 8 men are to be congratulated on their performances and provide great entertainment.They discuss serious life issues openly and provide positive criticism to each other. The nude scenes are done with respect and humour and make you laugh. Well done to Joseph Culp for writing, directing and acting and giving us "Welcome to the Men's Group (2016)". Finally, another great performance by the reliable Timothy Bottoms, who handled a different role for him, perfectly.
