I just watched your segment on Christmas decorating made easier. The 100.00 tree stand is not the easiest tree stand. We have lived on a Christmas tree farm for 25 yrs. Even took the tree to the White House is 2001. There is a great product called Stand Straight Tree Stand. When you get your tree, be sure to ask them to drill a hole in the bottom. Set the tree on the peg in the tree stand. Fill dish with water and decorate tree. Even the wife can do it herself with no help.
