It's really interesting. The narratives are compelling and suspenseful. Acting is great. And they've really seemed to have captured the times as they might have been. Seems very realistic. I don't expect this kind of quality on TV, but it's here. Nothing hokey about it; rather, it's very believable. P.S. Although Columbus doesn't look much like how they depict it here, there is an exception. The "beatnik" club looks a whole lot like a place that once existed near the campus of Ohio State U. It was called "The Sacred Mushroom." It was located on N. High Street in a basement much like what they show in the second episode.
