Great action opening but what was unexpected by me was the depth of character development for both Sam and Bucky. Hearbreaking, powerful personal stories that only a tv series would have time to develop, and both the Marvel universe and the characters are the better for it. Deft performances by both leads. Can't wait for the rest of the series.
