I love basketball and when I saw the trailer I thought it was actually gonna be about just a team getting really good. I really thought this movie was also gonna inspire me to get better. But um it’s a little bit different then the trailer. The coach legit has a drinking problem....And the whole movie is just sad. And he ends up getting fired from coaching because he brought alcohol around the boys. So if you thought this was just only about basketball it’s really not. Most of the movie is the coach going out drinking and getting drunk.

Horrible legit horrible. I loved the book so much. It was well written and I loved it so much I read it twice. The movie....Was trash. It did not follow the book very well at all. If you watch the movie without reading the book and think the movie is horrible. Do not think the book is too. The book is WAY better. So skip the movie and read the book.
