It was boring like the first, it was dull and not interesting to watch. I hate Thor and Jane's relationship from the beginning of the franchise. It's force. The only real trait of Jane is being Thor's love interest. The movie sucked, the lines were cheesy, and an overall boring movie.
This is living proof of how romance should not be added to superhero movies unless necessary if it is only there to move the plot along and add some more screen time, it's dumb and waste people's time.
Most of the characters were cheesy and just hard to watch, it was like watching a Disney channel show. Most of the characters were only there for comedic relief or development of the romance. And then the worst part is, Jane just disappears for the rest of the Marvel franchise. And I'm not mad about it, maybe if they didn't make it so generic of a romance, then I would be more interested. Like for example, what if someone was gay, Marvel never does that. I would be much more interested in that than every single romance ever. It's like a Wattpad fanfiction.
I think the fact that Thor's character doesn't have any sort of character development also makes this movie flawed, the villain was more forgetful than my missing sock.
I think the one positive I can give them is some of the actors are good at what they do, even though most of the time they don't use that to their most potential, I think that Loki's actor did a great job. I also think that the CGI was better in this movie, which makes sense of course because Marvel had made so much money already to get the best equipment. But it was good, great in fact, and still lives up to it even now in 2021.
Anyway, that's my rant, thanks for reading.
