I did this diet back in 2015 and lost 40+ pounds and kept it off for the most part until the Pandemic and all the stay-at-home orders, began eating regular foods and gained weight, so I am back on it again. It has also helped my husband lose a considerable amount of weight. It is super easy to follow. You do not feel hungry and you do not always have to exercise to see results. No fancy recipes. I was a vegetarian for 1 and a half years and that diet was not good for me, caused me to actually gain weight. I wanted to be a vegetarian as I believe it's a better way of eating but not with weight gain. Love this book and diet. Thanks so much to the author!
