Ok...where do I start? Invasion is not your typical sci-fi action tv show where there is alot of gun fights and people dying and getting snatched up by alien creatures. Instead it is more of a character based show inside a sci-fi TV series. The first three episodes were exciting but no real interaction with aliens... Just character development and seeing how the characters and the people in the show, who's lives were normal and then all of a sudden flipped upside down because a worldly crisis, handle what they don't see or understand. Yes it does drag a little bit but I've gotten so invested in the characters and their situations where my fiance and I had to watch the next episode on Friday every week. I just finished the 9th episode and boy, I enjoyed it!! If your looking for a good sci-fi TV series than this is it. Not your typical but it's like getting to the center of a delicious tootsie roll pop. Satisfyingly sweet...7.5 out of 10 for me.
