Absolutely enjoyable at all levels:drama, plot and family warmth and relationships. There was excitement, empathy and a suspension of judgement for jailbirds which was a mind expander. I loved the wry humour and the role of Eli as a young boy was wonderfully portrayed. All the actors were very believable and likable. I even loved to hate the baddies. (Others have said it better than me). I loved this very Australian story set in the town that I grew up in: Brisbane..

Not the worst series to pass the time. The characters are generic and the plot is so predictable I could have written it myself. But entertaining none the less. Despite predicting the garbage truck sequence in episode 1, I enjoyed watching it unfold. The "Muscle" is athletic and suits his role.

Very quirky, sci-fi humour with loads of social relevance. A warning to all of us not to let technology and authoritarianism erode our freedoms while we sleep walk through life. Superb acting.

Spectacularly filmed, beautifully acted, a gripping plot and sensitive multi-cultural and love-choices mix makes for an exceptional sci-fi series. I think Sens8 could be a new genre: not straight sci- fi but a meld with emotional love stories - like some Korean scifi I have seen. Too sensitive to be labelled as soap, not as dramatic as opera. Exciting and joyful. (Some of the sex scenes were a tad over-long.)

This film ticked all my boxes for excellence in film making : sharp and engaging script, uexpecteded comedy, a gripping story , fabulous acting, sharp, poppingly colourful and artistically framed shots and cinematography (I'm not a fan of blurry, out-of-focus filming) and a very satisfying ending.

Absolutely loved this. Brilliantly acted and an intriguing Russian blend of war and mysticism.

Imaginative plot. Great acting. Totally entertaining. Even though the ending was predictable, the movie was a higher standard kind of feel-good movie - not mawkish and oversentimental. Usually I stay away from feel-goods, but I loved Belle Epoque for its cleverness and humanity.

I enjoyed this slick, elegant art-thriller much more than the critics seemed to. Perhaps I am easier to please, or less inclined to look for faults in what is a slylish and gripping story. And there is so much to enjoy visually - Dibicki and Bang, are both charming (well, not so much Bang!) as is the Lake Como location and wonderful house. Relax and enjoy!
