They butchered the legend of Hua Mulan and the 1998 movie: there is not the beautiful connection between her and her father, she was born basically a ninja (not the common, hardworking girl who succeded by sheer will), the scary villain is lacking (miss Shan-Yu) and the new witch is underdeveloped, Mulan is not relatable at all, the fighting scenes have cuts every two seconds, among maaaany other things. An utter and complete failure. The cinematography looks good, and is the only compliment I can give.
