It appears that the authors of this (well meant) book leaned heavily upon the work, blog and hashtags of activist Leslie Mac - who, as far as I can tell from my research, originated the term Rage Baking.
I haven't seen the book but I would expect it to have quite a bit of information about this connection, and possibly some financial compensation, as well.
