The “critics” are tough. The movie was great, the second half was amazing. Evans mom was the star of the end. Ben Platt is one of my favorite actors/singers and was a bit old, which did not bother me, but was perfect for a reprisal of his original role. I don’t compare movies against each other. The movie was enjoyable (although the story line was always cringe-worthy, but that’s the intention), I give it a 5/5.
