Movie Fan

It doesn't have that "Ghostbusters" feel to it. Having grown up with the original films and cartoons it just missed the mark. Funny characters, great FX but it didn't have that nostalgic sense of waking up Christmas morning rushing downstairs to unwrap the Ghostbusters firehouse and that indescribable smell of childhood filling your nostrils. They should of set it in the 80s in a universe where the original Ghostbusters existed. It also tried too hard to be PC. Worth a watch but don't expect to be transported back to your childhood. Definitely not a film aimed at the original fanbase.
