I haven't read it so take my comment with a grain of salt, but I've heard this Charlie guy talk about bird law a lot and he's never said anything that I can disconfirm, so... I think it's pretty legit. IDK if there are pictures in the book though, so if not, I'd consider changing it to 4 stars.

One of the better B-movies to ever reach humanity. The key is to subdue your expectations, so that there is no room for disappointment. Only then will you realize what the metaphor being marvelously portrayed is actually about. If you are truly honest with yourself, this movie will change your life.
