wanted to like it but it is just a rip-off of Hannibal. very poorly made.
the killer (Dr. Whitly) which is supposed to be Hannibal is on a leash, the leash is attached to his belt while he is walking around hands-free in his cell with people in there, it was very funny to me!!!
couldn't watch it for more than 3 episodes
