First to start the lad on the till had no clue what was on specific items which is strange because the staff should be trained to know what’s on the menu? Then we had the “lovely” service from a young blonde girl with a ponytail her name began with a k I think who accused me of not asking for what I asked for when my order was wrong she then went on to basically drop my girlfriends plate of food in-front of her the food nearly jumped onto the floor, to top this off she’s doing all this with a face like a smacked arse, there was a girl with glasses who was very helpful and amazing service but the blonde girl either needs a serious disciplinary or some more training because it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced anywhere, and I’ll tell you now if someone like that acted like that in my bar they’d be gone end of !
