I picked up this book and although initially curious I wondered if it would be suited more for a male audience. It didn't take long to change my mind, this book is for EVERYONE and once I started the book, I fell into the world in no time. The story is so clear and engaging with well thought out characters and situations. I felt like I was there. This is one of those books I had to slow down when reading because it was so intriguing I didn't want it to end. It's one of the most refreshing things have read in a long time. I shed a tear at the end and also felt touched and uplifted. It's a remarkable 'Book of Bravery,' as the title suggests and actually got me reflecting a little about this in my own life. I would highly recommend! I love the book so much I want to buy it for so many people I know as a gift. I wish there were more books and films just like this one out there. Such a solid story. Do yourself a favour and read it.
