Incredible sad. Writing about the souls of octopuses and how intelligent, interesting, creative, inquisitive and social they are yet MISSING the tragic, gross and distrubing way you got to meet them. By being ripped from their wild, natural home only to be shoved into a container for human, the authors included, entertainment and money.
The octopuses then spend the rest of their lives trying to escape even if it cost them their lives. This was a sad and inhumane book. Really missed its mark.
