Most of the time, I really like the content and am interested in how the situations are resolved. However, I am really mad at Dr. Phil watching S18 E36 at the way he is berating the 11 Year old boy’s mother. There have been times when I have considered writing in for help or suggestions, but the way he attacked the mother has caused me to retreat further away from even considering Dr. Phil as an option. If it has affected me this way, how many more out there, who might have really benefited, even saved, will not reach out? I know rating are a necessity, and your show is always rated very high, but this is not a good way to Improve ratings—if that is behind it. You can say you are there for the boy, but you can help no one if they are afraid to reach out to you.
