This book makes me want to crawl in a hole anytime I think about it. Thanks Mr. Melosh! Yes, my school still uses books from 2004 in 2019. If you are looking for the perfect book to put you to sleep, this book really does the trick! Also, if anyone climbs through your window at night, it doubles as the perfect thing to knock them out with. (be careful it might kill them, possibly with boredom). Last year I walked to school every day with that book in my backpack, Luckily I escaped another year of Holt math by moving and switching schools. Now I have to use Big Ideas Math, which packs the same amount of frustration in only half the size! Talk about value! If you're looking for a good time, google "Big Ideas Math" and look at the reviews! They truly are something. If your school is as broke as mine was, and decides to use this math book from 2004, good luck...... You'll need it.
