Overall, my thoughts of the movie were very good, I myself have not seen or read the manga and I decided to watch the film based upon the very appealing trailer that had been released. The Film does have some pacing issues with not really a lot happening then some action, quietening down again then speeding towards the ending. So It does lack in it pacing and does somewhat let down the feel on the film. However, the story telling is done very well and for that I cannot fault the film. It’s special effects push new Boundaries and heights and overall I would rate this film very well. It’s the pacing issues that I just have the trouble with. I would very much recommend seeing this film, however, if you get the chance watch it in 3D as that does help and adds an element to the film that doesn’t seem to come through in 2D.
