The acting and story line are very entertaining. But my god, the overlooked details are so ridiculous. Here's a good one. A 35 year old man with a beard, wearing a ski mask, removes the wool ski mask, and not a single hair falls off his body that can be picked up for evidence. On carpet. Here's another one. A woman gets abducted, with her cell phone on. The police realize she's been abducted, and yet they don't trace her cell location. Then after she's been gone for a week, they still don't track her location history, because if they had, they would find her in a ratty cabin in the woods...exactly where her cell phone was when she was driven to the woods. And all the meanwhile people getting strangled, and no one ever thought to check cell location of the missing exgirlfriend that told the police this guy strangled me and tried to kill me.
My wife watches it, and I get drawn in by the acting until the sheer stupidity of the writers overtakes rational thought.
