I am writing to strongly object to a commercial which aired during the six o'clock news on Friday, June 18, 2021. The commercial was for New Venus ladies' razor. The commercial showed a woman shaving her pubic hair. The picture was disgusting and inappropriate for any time of day, especially during the early evening when children are likely to be present. I will avoid watching the channel on which I saw the commercial. I can't think of any programing that would cause me to tune into CBS. I used to be a faithful viewer of Sunday Morning and 60 Minutes, but they are no longer on my list of things to watch. If I receive confirmation that New Venus will not be advertising on CBS again, then I will consider reversing my decision. The only reason I gave a rating of even one star was because the system would not post my letter without a star rating.
