My son read "The Way of Kings" when he was 12. He read it twice waiting for the second book to come out on his birthday, November 14th. I met the author on a flight from Chicago to home, when I learned that the second book would not come out on November 14th! Since then, my son has read all of Brandon's books. He is now in his twenties. He is holding his breath for a movie to come out soon!!! He is preparing for medical school and attributes Brandon's books to his success on the MCAT reading portion.
