Visually Adipurush movie is wonderful. Movie would have been more wonderful had it been made using Valmiki Ramayana as its source. Many of the scenes in the movie are different from those in Valmiki Ramayana. For e.g. Lord Shri Ram aims at Vali only after Sugreeva gets defeated first. Then a Garland which would be offered to Sugreeva after his victory was worn around his neck because Vali and Sugreeva are identical twins and it is difficult to differentiate them. This was not shown in the movie. Maa Sita tears a piece of cloth from her saree and places all her jewellery in it and throws down which eventually falls in hands of Lord Hanuman. This was not shown the way in the movie. There was no reference of AhiRavan and MahiRavan in the movie who kidnap Shri Ram ji and Lakshman ji and rescued by Hanuman ji. At last Vibhishana has to reveal the secret about death of Ravana.. when Lord Ram ji aim at Ravana's head, one head reappear after another and that Amrit kumbh or Nectar pot is in the belly of Ravana and Lord Ram ji must aim to his belly. Ram ji however does not aim at Ravana's belly as it is against to attack at that place according to Astra Sastra vidya- study of archery. However Ram ji aims arrow at Ravana and Hanuman ji prays Vayu Deva to make arrow reach in correct direction- towards Ravana's belly for Ravana's death and thereby victory of good against evil. This was not shown in the movie. Ram hi after defeating Ravana does not accept Maa Sita directly. He asks to prove Her chastity- Though Ram ji knows about chastity of Maa Sita but to let the people of the world know about it. Maa Sita enters into fire and Fire God appears infront of everybody and declares Maa Sita is Chaste and to accept Her. This was not at all shown in the movie. Hereafter Directors humble request to you all is whenever movies made on Indian Mythology infact Indian History please follow the authentic sources strictly and then make movies. Dramatisation can be done but only taking liberty to some extent. This is Itihasa so it has to be portrayed as it happened. One more thing I forgot to mention- Ravana, His wife Mandodari, Brother Vibhishana, Son Indrajit all these characters are ardent devotees of Lord Shiva and they wear Holy ash or Vibhuti all the time on their forehead but we rarely see Vibhuti on their forehead. Ravana wears vibhuti on forehead but only in some scenes. Overall Adipurush is visual wonder. BGM is very good. Graphics , vfx fabulous but it would have been fantastic had it stick to original authentic source Valmiki Ramayana. Jai Shri Ram 🙏🙏🙏 Jai Bhajarangbali 🙏🙏🙏 Hara Hara Mahadev 🙏🙏🙏
