I do not watch many of these tyoe of shows. This one is by far my favorite and i have watched all the ones that have been available to me. I just do not understand the mentality of these restaurants and the owners and the workers. I know food can not taste good because it lacks flavor or whatever. But to serve rotten rancid food out of dirty nasty kitchens? I have quit restaurant jobs in the past for that reason. My pride and standards woukd not allow me to do that. Those types of jobs come a dime a dozen.
