The plot has a lot of holes, no real rhythm or logic. Keanu Reeves' acting on this one was quite bad. ***Warning mild spoiler ahead***:
The concept of the two main characters resurrected for generating huge amounts of electrical power is an absolute load of B.S.
Even worse, the sheer amount of bullets shot and not one hits any of the supporting characters, forget about the main ones. They took a dump on the legacy of a great trilogy.
