We liked the movie the way it weaves reincarnation into the story - hard to follow everything that was going on, but we loved it. A new refreshing story - we love the outside the box thinking.

It seems that so many movies today are either you love them or hate them. The last movie I rated with a one star, I was in the 20% that gave it a one star. I give this one four stars and I think I am in the 30% that really like this film. I felt it was a lighthearted and whimsical fairy tale type movie. I really enjoyed it, the characters,and the scenery. Try to not take the movie too seriously and just have fun with it.

I was excited to watch the movie after seeing the trailers on Netflix. #2 most watched movie on Netflix this week. Has to be good, right? This is a love it or hate it movie. I bailed after the first hour. My GF lost interest and fell asleep. I was frustrated how Adam Sandler playing the part of Howard Ratner could not seem to get it together. It is fast paced, it is loud, it is disjointed. It is fun at parts and excruciatingly painful at other. You will either love it or hate. I hated it.

If you are looking for an action or adventure film - move on. This is not your movie. If you have ever been so stressed or disenchanted with life to the point where you have contemplated suicide, then maybe this film will help you navigate the roads that you travel. The movie started slow and I wondered if I should stay, but I knew that movies that are nominated for awards at the Cannes Film Festival march to a different beat. I love the acting of Matthew McConaughey. I felt his pain during his journey and I am glad that I was there in the end. I personally thought it was a very good movie.
