Great book if you are looking to waste your money. Obviously written for corporations to buy lots of them and pass along to low ranking employees. The point of the book could have been made in one chapter. Personal responsibility alone doesn't fix corporations. This book just tries to get more work out of the common employee while excusing the real problems in management.
