Well from watching the movie and the ugliness from the coach shows that he doesn't really give a care about any of the players. Giving a injection where the pain is doesn't keep it away forever it is a temporary killer until it wears off and ends up worse in the process! Personally I don't think the parents realize what is happening until they are in the hospital E.R!
