Having all the records, some by FOIA, interviews with victims and others directly involved with the shootings of August 1, 1966, I found the film to be a pretence of the actual event, except for a few individuals who were victims that day. The cartoon aspect, is useless as a dialogue about the event. The film doesn't follow the timelines of the events. Nor does it start with the first victims on the campus. A documentary it is not. A true story it is not. It a rendering of the the mind of a producer, on par with the I'llconceived made for TV in a manner that is has few facts, and many assumptions.
