paid for a ring on my gift card i got given for christmas and had’nt received anything for weeks, i didn’t think this was normal as i had a 3-4 day delivery a week before this. I was able to contact them and said they couldn’t find my address and my package has been sent back to the factory when they have been able to find my address perfectly fine before this... I have been told i’d be given a new gift card and still haven’t heard anything from them absolute scam and have stolen my christmas present that i will not be able to get back.
